Mindfulness Meditation – Breathing

This is a simple way to improve breathing with yoga!

Here is a lovely mindfulness meditation focused on the breath. This is helpful to improve breathing through yoga. As we become more accustomed to watching our breath, our emotions and feelings come along for the ride. This also has a great affect on our physical bodies, introducing a relaxation response.
