Yoga for Coping Through Challenges

Greetings, with all the uncertainty right now, I will be offering online yoga to help you use yoga for coping through challenges, pandemic or otherwise. As of this writing classes will be free and will last from 50-55 minutes. Please contact me if you have any questions. There are also some audio and video shorts below if you only have a few minutes to check in with yourself.

You may need to install the zoom app, if you are on a computer it may open without an app, some phones will open it in a browser. There is a way to call in if your device isn’t working with the link. Please test the link prior to class in order to reduce technical difficulties. I did a test run on my iPad and had to jump through some hoops to get there. If you do not want video enabled, don’t check it (I would prefer to see your alignment), please do allow microphone access. You are able to mute and unmute yourself. There are also call in numbers available if you are unable to use internet/data.
